Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page explains how refunds, cancellations, transfers, and rescheduling requests are handled for masterclasses, courses, memberships, coaching, digital products, and related services offered by Thinking Vertical.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made for masterclasses, webinars, courses, memberships, coaching sessions, training programs, digital products, and related services offered by Thinking Vertical, whether sold directly through our website or through third-party platforms such as TagMango, GrowthFlow AI, or their connected payment and service partners.

By purchasing any of our services, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, online learning, coaching, live sessions, recorded content, downloadable resources, and membership-based access, all purchases are subject to this policy.

Unless otherwise stated on the specific sales page, offer page, checkout page, or written communication, the rules below will apply.

2. Free Registrations

If a masterclass, webinar, or event is offered free of charge, no refund applies.

Free registrations may be cancelled, rescheduled, or withdrawn by us at any time without liability.

3. Paid Digital Products, Courses, and Programs

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing:

  • All fees paid for digital products, online courses, recorded programs, downloadable resources, toolkits, and self-paced content are non-refundable.
  • Once access has been granted, no refund will be issued.
  • Partial usage, non-usage, delayed participation, or failure to complete the program does not make you eligible for a refund.

4. Paid Live Masterclasses, Workshops, and Webinars

For paid live events, live workshops, or live masterclasses:

  • Fees paid are generally non-refundable.
  • You may request a one-time transfer or rescheduling only if it is operationally possible and the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event.
  • Transfer or rescheduling is not guaranteed and remains at the sole discretion of Thinking Vertical.
  • No refund will be issued for missed attendance, last-minute cancellation, or no-show.

5. Coaching Sessions and Consulting Sessions

For one-to-one coaching, consulting, or personalised sessions:

  • Fees paid are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling may be allowed if the request is made at least 72 hours in advance.
  • If you miss the session or fail to attend at the scheduled time without sufficient notice, the session will be treated as used and no refund or replacement session will be provided.
  • Repeated rescheduling may be declined at our discretion.

6. Memberships and Community-Based Programs

For memberships, group coaching programs, cohort-based programs, or community access offerings:

  • Fees are non-refundable once access has been granted to the membership area, community, dashboard, calendar, recordings, or program materials.
  • Failure to participate, attend sessions, engage with the community, or consume the content does not entitle you to a refund.
  • If the membership is recurring, it is your responsibility to cancel before the next billing cycle, where applicable.

7. Instalment Plans

If a program is offered on an instalment basis:

  • You remain responsible for completing all committed payments under the agreed plan.
  • Instalment payments already made are non-refundable.
  • Failure to continue participation does not cancel your payment obligation unless explicitly agreed by us in writing.

If access is suspended due to non-payment, no refund will be provided for previous payments already made.

8. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error, please contact us with proof of payment.

After verification, any confirmed duplicate payment may be refunded or adjusted appropriately.

9. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Thinking Vertical

If Thinking Vertical cancels or reschedules a paid live session, workshop, coaching call, or event for operational, technical, scheduling, or other valid reasons, we may choose to offer one of the following:

  • Rescheduling to a new date
  • Transfer of the booking to another session or batch
  • Credit toward another relevant service
  • Refund, where we determine it appropriate

The remedy offered will depend on the nature of the program, the delivery stage, and the circumstances involved.

10. Third-Party Platforms and Processing Delays

Payments, registrations, and access may be processed through third-party platforms, including TagMango, GrowthFlow AI, payment gateways, and related service providers.

We are not responsible for:

  • Payment gateway delays
  • Bank processing delays
  • Technical errors on third-party platforms
  • Failed transactions caused by network or platform issues
  • Platform policy restrictions or processing timelines

Any approved refund, where applicable, may still be subject to the processing timelines and rules of the relevant payment platform or financial institution.

11. No Refund for Behavioural or Policy Violations

No refund will be provided if access is restricted, suspended, or terminated due to:

  • Abusive or disruptive behavior
  • Violation of our terms and conditions
  • Misuse of content
  • Unauthorised sharing of paid material
  • Unethical conduct in sessions or communities
  • Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation

12. Exceptional Circumstances

Any request outside this policy may be reviewed only in exceptional cases and entirely at the discretion of Thinking Vertical.

Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

Any decision made in such cases will be final.
